The deadline to issue a qualifying offer to pending restricted free agents is today at 4 pm CT, making any player who has not received one eligible to become an unrestricted free agent tomorrow. This does not mean a team is cutting ties with a player entirely, as they’re eligible to re-sign with the team at a different salary than their qualifying offer dictates. However, some have already signed contracts overseas for 2023-24. Below are the players who will not be issued a qualifying offer, listed by team:

Whole lotta attrition in LA. Surprised Tyler Madden not on the list.

Some good value on this list. I’d roll the dice on Comtois, I have always liked his game but It’s not going as planned these days. Christian Fischer would be a solid fit in TB and Chicago for sure.

Jaret Anderson-Dolan should get picked up soon.
Josh Erickson
A few reports out there suggesting LA is still trying to re-sign him before tomorrow.

A lot of these guys will be resigned by their current team
Non-tendered
Are teams and players allowed to negotiate pre-QO decision? Genuine question. Sounds like a lot of ppl are speculating players might get re-signed.
