Fire Mike Grier!
MoneyBallJustWorks
why they need the young talent bad

True, they need prospects, but if the Coyotes are willing to trade 3 picks for Geekie, maybe he projects to be a pretty good player?

One team’s projection does not mean another team has that same protection. First round picks bust all the time.
mikedickinson
He got 3 of the top 45 for 1 pick. The Sharks are so far away from the playoffs that this is a deal you make every day if given the opportunity.

Good trade for Grier getting a few high 2nd rd picks and swapped to a late 1st rd pick.
San Jose gaining some much needed picks.

also believe it was pick 11 not 13

Gavin, just wondering, why did you stop with just this one post on trades ??

Dubas taking the Bill Belichek approach. just keep trading down and if you draft 10 guys, 1 is bound to be good
