Three finalists and the winner will be named at a later date.
I’d say the three finalists should be Ryan, Lindblom, and Johns.
I could see Theodore in the finalists.
Corey Crawford would be a good bet.
Once he plays next season him or maybe Dubnyk will win. Every fan will think a player on their team should win this years, for instance I think Hyman should win guy missed the a large amount of games to start season recovering basically from a reconstructed knee only to come back and have by far his best season ever on pace to have scored 35+ goals if he played all 82 games
No clue why some of these people have been nominated. Geno?
Jay Bo,Bobby Ryan,Fabbri
Has to be Johns. What a story – how many people would have given up and retired?
How has Patrice Bergeron not won this award the guy is everything that’s good with hockey
It’s basically a comeback player award or someone who has overcome something in their private life. If Patrice had come out after his major concussion issues and was incredible he probably would have won. The theoretical 2 season he maybe could have won it 08-10 seasons Steve Sullivan won coming back from breaking his neck and joes Theodore won because he played really well for the capitals and was the season after his son passed away
Ok then why Miller he hasn’t even come back from his injury and may never will
I’m not a Boston fan but you have to feel bad for Miller. Guy worked hard every game but his career is done. No one can come back from the leg injuries he’s had. That’s probably why they nominated him cause this was the closest he unfortunately will get to a comeback
I love the bs he reminds me of MaQuid everything about there game is the same both cut short from injuries
Connor McDavid after completely tearing his PCL and other major knee damage comes back and finishes 2nd in league scoring.
Good argument. You are right. We are underrating what McDavid did last year.
Did Hickey even play a game for the Islanders this season?
Bouwmeester is going to get it, but Letestu probably should get it.
Why would J-bo get it. He never returned after his horrendous injury. Now if he returns next year its a lock.
