Ok let’s get real.
You don’t sell the farm because it’s simply not out there , you get depth players in any kind of a move and as far as internally it’s simply next man up and tighten up defensively. We have great goal tending B+ Dmen have to be more committed as a team defensively and will be ok.
I hope Fitzgerald doesn’t do a panic move unless you come back with McDavid and that ain’t happening.

Desharnais didn’t get to the bigs until he was 25, Edmonton brought him up out of desperation, He’s now on his 3rd team in 3 seasons, He’s only been in the NHL for three seasons, So what exactly am I incorrect about?

Pittsburgh gets a younger player that is controlled for longer. Bunting may not play again this year and he only has one year left. He wasn’t doing much for Pittsburgh. The real head scratcher is the benefit for Nashville. Seems bad on their end.
